This interactive three-session, two-hour leadership series is designed specifically for supervisors working in high-acuity environments who need practical, steadying tools they can use immediately. Through experiential learning and real-world application, participants build the capacity to regulate themselves and co-regulate their teams, and learn specific strategies to promote safety, connection, clarity, and consistently higher performance across their workforce.
